Conditions of Sale

You must own at least two acres of land.   This nursery stock must not be used in ornamental or landscaping plantings.      No plant purchased from the CSFS or their distributors may be resold as a living plant.   Bare root trees are available in multiples of 50 per species only!     Potted trees are available in multiples of 30 per species only!

Payment must accompany order.  Final Deadline for orders is March 23, 2010 in our Franktown office.

If trees ordered are not available, a refund will be issued, unless a substitution is requested.
